Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, in case of Damaged/Missing or incorrect Product, the Return request should be filed within 1 day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no Refund will be Granted.
In case of return being accepted, return process will be completed within 14 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If any other Brand consumer Electronic Product is having issue and in warranty Terms Then you have to contact Their Customer care service for the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, Batteries, drone parts, flammable liquids, repair parts, Tempered glass or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Policy (Partial COD Advance Payment)

The Partial COD amount paid by the customer is non-refundable once the order is shipped.

If the product is not accepted at delivery or is returned to origin (RTO), the Partial COD amount will not be refunded, as forward and return shipping charges are already paid by us to the courier partner.

Customers can cancel the order and get a refund only if they inform us immediately via chat before the order is fulfilled/shipped.

Once the order status changes from “Unfulfilled” or enters processing/shipping, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
Under what conditions You can return/ replace Your order?
Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style/ model.
- Wrong item ordered/ delivered
- Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, Replacement only. If the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)
- Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging
- Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts
- No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only
Providing unboxing video of Package is mandatory to fulfil the above Conditions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- After the product is received, it is verified against your claim, and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability else a refund will be provided.
Under what conditions returns/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
Returns/ Replacement requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If Products are Altered/ Used
- If Product is Returned without Original Packaging (price tags, labels & accessories)
- If Serial Number has tampered
- For Defective product that is covered under Seller/Manufacturer's Warranty or Reported after 7 days of the Delivery
- For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 1 day of the delivery
- For Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page and Terms & Conditions page
Which categories are not eligible for returns/ replacement?
Categories that are not eligible for Returns/ Replacement are:
- Customized Products
- Software & Product Keys
- Product Fulfilled on Request of Buyer
What if the order delivered is no longer required?
If the item(s) in the order is/are opened/used, return under No Longer Required clause does not apply.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel before shipment or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and Customer have to pay/ Borne all the expenses related to Returning the Products like shipping charges, packing charges, etc.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved in Full, Partial or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Anti Fraud & Security Tips
- Beware of fraudulent (duplicate/unofficial) sites and fake offers
- Never share your Account Details like Personal Details, Password, OTP or Credit/Debit Card Details with anyone on Call/Email, if someone claims to be an Getzget representative
- We will never ask you to deposit funds in any Bank Account
- We never run any Contest with Cash Rewards or Lottery Prizes
- Immediately Report any Fraudulent or Suspicious Email/Call/SMS to us at Support@getzget.com
Cashbacks, Deals, Discounts, Promotions, and Store Credits
- Whenever we say Cashback, it means – the customer is eligible for up to a certain said amount of value return in the form of store credit. We calculate Cashbacks based on the order amount excluding any prior used coupons for that order and generate a unique coupon code that can be redeemed in the form of cash value for the next purchase on Getzget.com. We do not process Cashbacks in the form of cash returns, cheques, gift cards, refunds on payment types, or any other. However, our Cashback NEVER EXPIRES.
- Whenever we say Store Credit, it means – the customer has a special coupon valid only once till the value of the credit expires. The customer can use the credit to purchase products on Getzget.com and NEVER EXPIRES.
- Whenever we say Coupon, it means – the customer has a valid coupon code to redeem for a discount on a purchase at Getzget.com! Only one coupon can be used at a time on one order. Some Coupon codes have EXPIRATION DATE.
- We never run any Contest with Cash Rewards or Lottery Prizes
