Delivery Issue Due to Courier Service – Need Assistance

Dear Getzget Customer Support,

I recently placed an order on your platform, and the shipment was sent via DTDC courier services. However, I faced an issue with the delivery process. Despite entering my full and correct address at the time of purchase, DTDC marked my address as incomplete or incorrect without even attempting to contact me.

Today was the expected delivery date, but instead of receiving my package, I got a message stating:
